When applying to Allegis you usually are asked to provide your personal details, your previous work experience and your previous education. Following this, you are usually asked to have an interview on the telephone with a recruiter to discuss your work history and skills, to make sure you are a good fit for the position. After this, another interview will usually be conducted with the hiring team. If all goes well you are usually invited for half a day at the organization where you will be further assessed.
